This allows you to manually initiate a check for
software updates. It provides a list of available updates, allows you to select
which updates to download, and allows you to manually initiate the
installation of the downloads.
Refer to Getting Software Updates (4.4) for
the procedure to manually perform updates.
If your Search Appliance has a CD drive, it also allows you to install software
updates from a CD.
